This Privacy Policy explains how Bilipedia ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit bilipedia.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You do not need an account to use Bilipedia. We collect only the information described below.
Information you give us. If you send a message or a resource request through our forms, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, the resource you are asking about, your message and any link you include. We use this only to read and reply to your request.
Tool inputs. When you use our calculators, checkers and generators, the values you type (for example channel names, usernames, keywords or video links) are sent to our server so we can produce your results. We do not use them to build a profile about you, and we do not sell them.
Automatic information. Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and understand how the Site is used.

Our pages also load fonts, icons and code libraries from providers such as Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Cloudflare. When your browser fetches these files, those providers can see your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies.
Our blog shows author profiles that may include a name, photo, short biography and links to social media. This information is published publicly with the author's permission.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site (such as hosting and email), with advertising partners as described above, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the security of the Site.
We keep messages and request details only as long as we need them to respond and to keep basic records, and we keep server logs for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
